How to become a better person. ( i took some help from an AI)

In our modern life and world we all are in need of self improvment and betterment of others. So in search of guides and venting my thoughts i turned to AI for help. The #chatGPT is going to be handy in so many ways i dont think you and i really understand the power and potential of this invention.

Let´s start with my first question to the ai:
- Give me 5 steps to become a better person.

Ai replied:

2. Set goals for yourself: Identify areas in which you would like to improve and set specific, measurable, and achievable goals to work towards.

This list is amazing and im sure it is something you all read in books from different mindfullness masters and enlightened persons. But here is where the AI is getting smarter and understadning what we need and how things are connected.
